Security Fence

Archbishop Flynn Secondary School has common and unique security risks. Common intruders include stray animals (mainly goats and cows) wandering onto the campuses destroying plants and flowers while leaving behind what all animals leave behind!

Uncommon intruders are bad people who intend to do harm. While theft is an ever-present threat, female students are vulnerable to sex exploitation in Northern Uganda as in other parts of Africa. At the moment, school leadership cannot guarantee security on the campus of AFSS.

The project will construct over 4,000 linear feet of fencing 9 feet high - a combination of chain link fencing (1,600) and solid brick wall (2,400 ft).
